Gary Romaniello

FOUNDER AND MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Gary Romaniello has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, equity investment and asset management. Prior to founding the Overlook group of companies, Gary headed the commercial real estate debt origination team at Societe Generale, where he was responsible for securitized and balance sheet loan production. Prior to SocGen, he was a Managing Director at Annaly Capital Management. He has also held senior positions within the commercial real estate lending groups at CIBC, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase and Lehman Brothers.

In addition, to his extensive banking and lending activities, Gary has developed, owned and managed various single family, multifamily and commercial properties for his own account since 1997.

Gary holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from Plymouth State University and an M.S. in Construction Administration from Columbia University.
